8. Applicants who apply for housing provident fund have a bachelor's degree or above, and both parents are rural, and the maximum loan amount they can apply for is 30 times the balance of the provident fund account;

Weihai Housing Provident Fund Management Center stipulates that the maximum loan limit for the purchase of existing houses, forward houses, affordable housing and the construction and renovation of self-occupied housing is 400,000 yuan, and the maximum loan limit for the purchase of second-hand houses and overhaul of self-occupied housing is 300,000 yuan;
10. If the term of applying for provident fund loan is within 1 year (inclusive), the repayment method is to repay the principal and interest in one lump sum after maturity; If the period of applying for provident fund loans is more than 1 year, the principal and interest will be repaid in monthly installments.
