According to the Notice of Huangshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Adjusting the Deposit Base of Employees' Housing Provident Fund, starting from 20211,the upper limit of the deposit base of Huangshan employees' housing provident fund will be raised from the original 23,000 yuan/month to 25,000 yuan/month;

2. Adjustment of loan purchase policy. According to the Notice of Huangshan Housing Provident Fund Management Center of Huangshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Implementing Housing Provident Fund Loan Policy, starting from 20211,when employees in Huangshan apply for housing provident fund loans, the maximum loan amount will be increased from 2 million yuan to 3 million yuan, and the longest loan period will be increased from 25 years to 30 years.

Conditions for individuals to apply for housing provident fund:

1, personal deposits are mainly applicable to some freelancers and self-employed;

2. It is necessary to continuously deposit the housing provident fund for more than one year, and the provident fund has not been withdrawn within the prescribed time limit before applying for a loan;

3. The local house has been purchased and there is a legal and effective purchase contract;

4. If it is an on-the-job employee of the unit, you must pay the house advance payment before applying for the provident fund loan;

5. The borrower has stable economic income and repayment ability;

6. If the borrower purchases a commercial house, it must have self-raised funds of not less than 30% of the total house price as the down payment;

7. If both husband and wife normally pay the housing provident fund in full, only one party is allowed to apply for a housing provident fund loan;

8. Other conditions stipulated by the local management center.

To sum up, the repayment method of provident fund loans is that employees can freely choose equal principal and interest or average principal. When handling the provident fund loan, the borrower signs the entrusted withdrawal agreement, and when the account balance is sufficient, the monthly repayment can be automatically offset by the balance of the provident fund account.
