For the number-plate pickup trucks registered in Chongqing, traffic management restrictions will be relaxed. For pickup trucks that are not registered in Chongqing, it is still implemented in accordance with the current regulations on the management of truck restrictions.

Article 1 In the main urban area, pickup trucks file themselves online, and there is no need to apply for a truck pass in the main urban area. Pickup trucks that have successfully registered for traffic are prohibited from passing through Chongqing-Macao Bridge, Niujiaotuo Jialing River Bridge, huanghuayuan bridge, Shibanpo Yangtze River Bridge and their double-track bridges, except in the morning and evening rush hours on weekdays (7: 00-9: 30, 16:30- 19:30), and the 24-hour traffic of other roads in the main city is no longer restricted by trucks in the main city.

Article 2 In areas outside the main city, except for individual roads that need to be restricted or controlled due to traffic management, the restrictions on pickup trucks are completely cancelled, and it is not necessary to apply for a pass.
