Zhuhai purchase restriction regulations:

1. Families with three or more sets of local household registration;

2. 1 non-local registered households with one or more sets;

3. Non-local registered families who can't provide proof of paying personal income tax or social insurance in this city for more than 1 year before the date of purchase.

Differentiated housing credit policy:

1. For the first time, households purchase ordinary houses (referring to houses that have never been purchased), and the minimum down payment ratio is not less than 30% according to national policies.

2. For households that have a record of buying a house loan, but actually have no room when applying for a loan to buy a house; For households who own 1 apartment but have no housing loan record or whose corresponding housing loans have been settled, when applying for commercial personal housing loans to purchase ordinary housing, the minimum down payment ratio shall not be less than 30%.

3. If a resident family owns a house and the corresponding purchase loan has not been settled, the minimum down payment ratio for re-applying for commercial personal housing loan to purchase ordinary housing shall not be less than 40%.

4. For households with two or more houses, commercial personal housing loans will be suspended.
