There are four levels of down payment standards for second homes in Beijing:
Level 1: The down payment ratio for the first ordinary home is not less than 35.
The second level: the down payment ratio for the first non-ordinary owner-occupied house shall not be less than 40%.
The third tier: For households that own one house and apply for a commercial personal housing loan again to purchase an ordinary home in order to improve their living conditions, regardless of whether there is a loan record, the down payment ratio shall not be less than 50.
The fourth level: For households that own one house and apply for a commercial personal housing loan again to purchase a non-ordinary owner-occupied house in order to improve their living conditions, the down payment ratio shall not be less than 70%.
