The Municipal Provident Fund Center consists of nine functional offices, including office, laws and regulations propaganda department, organization and personnel department, collection management department, extraction management department, loan management department, planning and finance department, audit supervision department and information network management department. In 2007, a central business department was added. According to the principle of territorial management, eight management departments have been established in Fengxian, Peixian, Tongshan, Pizhou, xinyi city, Suining, jiawang district and Zhaishan. Each management department and center shall implement unified system, unified management and unified accounting, and be specifically responsible for the management of housing provident fund in each responsibility area. It has been rated as "Advanced Unit of Housing Provident Fund Management in Jiangsu Province", "Demonstration Unit of Housing Provident Fund Management and Collection Business in Jiangsu Province" and "Demonstration Unit of Housing Provident Fund Management and Loan Business in Jiangsu Province" for many times. Pizhou Management Department and Xinyi Management Department were respectively rated as "Excellent Management Department of Housing Provident Fund Management in Jiangsu Province".
