Chapter I General Principles
In order to implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the educational planning outline, conform to the requirements of the times, actively promote the reform of the examination enrollment system of higher vocational education, broaden the channels for selecting outstanding talents, promote the all-round improvement of students' quality education, implement the spirit of "Sunshine Project" implemented by the Ministry of Education and running schools according to law, do a good job in the enrollment of 20 18 individual examinations, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and the majority of candidates, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the spirit of relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the Henan Provincial Department of Education.
Article 1 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of higher vocational colleges (majors) in Henan Agricultural Vocational College.
Article 2 Henan Agricultural Vocational College shall practise the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality when enrolling students through separate examinations, and conduct comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.
Article 3 Henan Agricultural Vocational College shall accept the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates, news media and all sectors of society in the enrollment work of individual examinations.

Chapter III Organizational Structure and Responsibilities
Tenth Henan Agricultural Vocational College set up a separate examination enrollment work leading group, headed by the principal, and deputy head of the school leaders in charge of teaching, enrollment and discipline inspection. The office of the leading group is located in the Admissions and Employment Office, and consists of a proposition review group, an admission working group, a discipline inspection and supervision group and a logistics support group. Major problems encountered in the examination and admission shall be decided by the collective research of the leading group.
Eleventh Henan Agricultural Vocational College Commission for Discipline Inspection is responsible for the supervision of individual examination enrollment. The discipline inspection department shall supervise and guide the whole process of individual enrollment, establish and improve the supervision mechanism, ensure the fairness, impartiality and transparency of individual enrollment, and implement the "Sunshine Project".
Chapter IV Enrollment Objects, Examination Methods and Admission Principles
Article 12 The enrollment targets are liberal arts, science and counterpart candidates who obtained the qualification of unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities in Henan Province in 20 18.

In 2065438+2008, 3000 students were enrolled in separate examinations, and there were 55 enrollment majors. There are the following precautions:

3. The following majors have height restrictions. Food processing technology (baking direction), automobile marketing and service: no less than 158cm for girls and no less than168cm for boys; Flight attendants: girls 160- 175cm, boys 170- 185cm.
4. Hotel management majors include ordinary classes, professional title classes, store manager classes, and Shanghai classes, among which the three-year tuition fee for professional title students is funded by enterprises.
5. According to the training requirements of joint enterprises, there are at most 240 students in four majors: computer application technology (website development and application), computer application technology (enterprise development and application), computer network technology (network promotion technology) and animation production technology (mobile UI design), and food processing technology (baking direction) is at most 150, with no upper limit for other majors.
Article 14 Examination subjects and methods
The evaluation work is carried out under the guidance and supervision of the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Admissions Office. The entrance examination of 20 18 in our school consists of two parts: basic cultural examination and vocational adaptability test or vocational skills test.
1, all candidates must take the basic cultural examination, the subjects are Chinese and mathematics, and the total score of a test paper is 300 (two subjects 150). Examination time: April 9: 00- 10: 30.
2. The candidates of arts and sciences who took the unified entrance examination for colleges and universities in Henan Province on 20 18 took the occupational adaptability test. The examination is in the form of a paper, which mainly assesses the comprehensive abilities of candidates such as comprehensive analysis ability, logical thinking ability, professionalism, innovative thinking ability, problem analysis and solution ability, social problem analysis, etc., with a total score of150; The candidates who took the 20 18 examination for the graduates of secondary vocational schools in Henan Province mainly examined the students' comprehensive analysis ability, professional skills, language expression ability, coordination and communication ability, adaptability, gfd, psychological quality, specialty and other comprehensive contents, with a total score of 150. Examination time: April 1,11:00-12: 30.
Article 15 the principle of access. According to the total score of the candidates' cultural basic examination, vocational adaptability test or vocational skills test, the admission control score line is defined, and the students are admitted from high score to low score in turn.
The school determines the pre-admission list according to the admission principle, reports it to the leading group for examination and enrollment, and publishes it on our website. After the publicity, it shall be reported to the Henan Provincial Department of Education and the Henan Provincial Admissions Office for approval and filing as required.
According to the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, the Henan Provincial Department of Education and the Henan Provincial Admissions Office, after the candidates are admitted to our school, the transfer and major change shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of universities and the Ministry of Education, and other treatments are the same as those for students admitted to the national unified examination. Candidates who are not admitted to our school alone can still take the unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities.

Article 17 The requirements for the candidates' physical conditions for admission are in line with the requirements of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities.
Chapter V Tuition, Scholarships and Financial Difficulties Subsidies
Eighteenth tuition fees refer to the list of enrollment majors; Accommodation in 400 yuan/(year, student) and 800 yuan/(year, student) are two standards.

Students can apply for a grant of 2000-4000 yuan/year.
Article 20 Work-study program and financial aid for poor students: The school establishes, improves and perfects the financial aid system for poor students with the national student loan as the main body, and rewards, loans reduction and subsidies simultaneously. The school has set up a work-study program department to provide students with a variety of work-study programs inside and outside the school.

Article 22 The Articles of Association shall be based on national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies of higher authorities. If the previous requirements and regulations of the school on enrollment conflict with the articles of association, the articles of association shall prevail; If the Articles of Association is inconsistent with the relevant national policies, the relevant national and superior policies shall prevail. The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the School Admissions and Employment Office.
