Article 8 After signing the contract, the indoor facilities of the house sold will not be changed. Party A guarantees that there are no property rights disputes about the house at the time of the transaction, that the quality complies with relevant national regulations, and that it meets the legal conditions for house sale. Relevant expenses before the house is delivered for use, including water, electricity, gas, property management, cable, etc., shall be borne by Party A. Any disputes arising therefrom shall be handled by Party A and shall have nothing to do with Party B.

Article 9 Party A promises to move out the account within 10 days from the date of completing the transfer procedures. If the transfer exceeds ___ days, Party B will charge liquidated damages at the rate of __% of the payment made every day.

Article 10 All taxes and fees incurred due to the transfer of ownership of this house shall be paid by Party A and Party B in accordance with relevant national regulations.

Article 11 Matters not covered in this contract shall be separately negotiated by Party A and Party B and a supplementary agreement shall be signed.

Article 12 If any dispute arises during the performance of this contract, it shall be resolved by Party A and Party B through negotiation. If negotiation fails, Party A and Party B agree to bring the lawsuit to the people's court where Party _ is located.

Article 13 This contract is made in two copies. Party A and Party B each hold one copy. It will take effect on the date of signature by Party A and Party B. All have equal effectiveness.
