The basic conditions for settlement are as follows:
1. Resident residence booklet and ID card of the settler;
2. Settle in the Hukou Book;
3. Proof of family relationship between settled personnel and indoor members. If non-immediate family members move in, provide proof that the head of the household agrees to move in. If the agricultural population moves in, provide proof that the village Committee agrees to accept it;
4. For newly established families, the non-agricultural population shall provide the original and photocopy of the local housing property right certificate or the public housing lease contract, the notice of housing allocation and its photocopy issued by the self-run housing provider, the purchase invoice or the photocopy of the bank loan purchase contract without the property right certificate, and the residence certificate and the above certificate issued by the housing management and real estate management department. The agricultural population provides proof that the village committee agrees to open an account;
5, local colleges and universities graduation distribution, local students to provide "employment registration card", the proof of the receiving unit, not assigned to work, issued by the school certificate.

If a citizen moves out of the place under the jurisdiction of the household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for emigration registration, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.
Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the household registration authority of permanent residence for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the certificate of permission to move in from the urban household registration authority.
Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
