It is free to apply for unemployment certificate and re-employment concession card. Unemployed people in cities and towns shall go to the residents' committee of their place of residence with the above certificates. The applicant shall fill in the Application Form for Unemployment Certificate of Urban Residents, and the materials shall be submitted by the neighborhood committee. After examination, the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau (Municipal Labor and Employment Service Management Center) shall affix its seal and issue a certificate.
Laid-off workers from state-owned enterprises (or large collective enterprises) can apply for a "re-employment concession card" in their neighborhood committees. The required documents are the same as those for applying for the Unemployment Certificate. In addition, an application report (write down when they were fired and applied for, etc.) ) must be added. Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau (Municipal Labor and Employment Service Management Center) will issue a "Re-employment Concession Card" after verifying its employment and living conditions. After having the Re-employment Concession Card, you can participate in computer, accounting, beauty and other training courses free of charge, that is, sign up in the neighborhood Committee to fill in the form, the higher authorities will inform the class time, and issue a certificate of completion after the study.
The unemployment certificate and re-employment concession card shall be subject to the annual inspection system. Unemployed people go to their communities for free annual inspection every year according to the specified time, and the annual inspection stamp confirms that it is valid that year. The unemployment certificate and re-employment concession card that fail to pass the annual inspection or fail to participate in the annual inspection within the time limit will automatically become invalid.
Preferential policies:
(1) Laid-off workers engaged in self-employment apply for tax reduction or exemption from local industry and commerce, taxation and other relevant departments with the Re-employment Concession Card and relevant materials stipulated by the relevant departments of industry and commerce.
