If an enterprise has paid more than 5 million yuan in taxes in recent years, the purchase of a house is not subject to the above-mentioned restrictions on the age of establishment of the enterprise and the number of employees.

2. The period for commercial housing purchased by enterprises to be relisted for trading is increased from "at least 3 years" to "at least 5 years".
