Specific collection process of unemployment subsidy in Suzhou Industrial Park
First, enjoy the object and conditions
(1) Individuals who apply for entrepreneurs to receive unemployment benefits in one lump sum shall meet the following conditions.
1. Entrepreneurs registered in the park and within the legal working age.
2. During the period of applying for unemployment benefits.
(2) An entrepreneurial entity applying for business start-up subsidy shall meet the following conditions:
Entrepreneurial business entities need to obtain business licenses after June+10/October +0, 2009, and the entities are operating normally, and have gone through tax registration, tax declaration and tax payment. Entrepreneurs who meet the above objects and conditions can apply to the park entrepreneurship guidance service center (one-stop service center for human resources in the park) for a one-time unemployment subsidy.
Two, unemployment benefits one-time extraction of application materials
(1) Application Form for Entrepreneurship Allowance (One-time Unemployment Allowance) in Suzhou Industrial Park.
(2) Legal person ID card and household registration book.
(3) Employment and unemployment registration certificate (labor manual).
(4) Business license, tax registration certificate, tax return or tax payment certificate.
Third, the treatment process
(1) Entrepreneurs bring application materials to the Park Entrepreneurship Guidance Service Center (one-stop service center for human resources in the Park) to apply.
(2) The Park Entrepreneurship Guidance Service Center will review the materials, and stamp the application form if it meets the requirements.
(3) The applicant shall go through the relevant formalities with the application form at the Park Provident Fund Center.
(4) If the subsidy application conditions are not met, the materials shall be returned to the applicant on the spot, and the reasons shall be explained.
