2. Appraisal fee (charged by the appraisal company that cooperates with the bank to make an appraisal report on the loan house): 0.5% of the appraisal price.
3. Other expenses (mortgage registration fee charged by the real estate bureau): two thousandths of the loan amount.
4. The notarization fee is calculated according to the house price, with the lowest 200 yuan.
5. The research fee (charged by the guarantee company cooperating with the bank) is 500-2,000 yuan.
The loan evaluation price is generally about 90% of the house quotation. The first home loan can reach up to 70% of the loan evaluation price.

Article 36 When transferring or mortgaging real estate, the parties concerned shall register the ownership in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of this Law.
Article 62 When a real estate is mortgaged, it shall be registered with the department designated by the local people's government at or above the county level. Where the land use right and house ownership are obtained due to the disposal of mortgaged real estate, the transfer registration shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
