What does dormant account (also called bad debt) mean? Don't use encyclopedic technical terms, I can't understand them. In common parlance.
It is an account that has not been collected within a certain period of time, and it can also be directly understood as money/account that cannot be collected.

Bad debts are generally accrued on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis: that is, the money that should have arrived in February is not counted as bad debts until six months later (the time is usually set by the company itself, usually six months to 1 year, and in some companies it is three months), and then the expenses cannot be counted after six months, so it has to be shared monthly according to the amount of expenses, and the sharing period is usually around 1 year. If the account hasn't arrived in six months, it will be withdrawn in the seventh month, and it will be 6000/ 12=500, that is, in addition to the account with normal voice in July, it will also bear more bad debts in 500 yuan until the account is recovered or all 6000 yuan is withdrawn.
