For details, please refer to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) Commercial Bank: Article 52 The staff of a commercial bank shall abide by laws, administrative regulations and other business management regulations, and shall not commit any of the following acts:

(a) taking advantage of his position to ask for or accept kickbacks or service fees in various names in violation of state regulations;

(2) Taking advantage of his position to misappropriate or occupy the bank's or customers' funds;

(three) in violation of the provisions of favoritism to provide loans or guarantees to relatives and friends;

(4) In other economic organizations;

(five) other acts in violation of laws, administrative regulations and business management regulations. Article 84 If a staff member of a commercial bank takes advantage of his position to ask for or accept kickbacks or service fees in various names in violation of state regulations, which constitutes a crime, he shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law; If it does not constitute a crime, disciplinary action shall be taken.
