Can I apply for a house loan for demolition and resettlement houses?
Legal analysis: Relocation and resettlement houses can also be loaned, but generally no loan is needed, because the compensation for relocation is definitely higher than the cost of buying a house. However, it does not rule out that there are other special or unexpected circumstances that cause the relocated households to be unable to afford resettlement houses. At this point, they can apply for resettlement housing loans.
