2. Mortgage of housing or commercial/residential dual-use house+guarantee from a third-party institution: mortgage of housing or commercial/residential dual-use house (including secondary mortgage) under the name of the borrower or immediate family members is provided by a third-party institution recognized by the bank (such as a guarantee company and a small loan company). (2) If the collateral is residential, it shall be managed by the personal credit information department in the form of a list, and the property scope where the collateral is located shall be dynamically updated; Collateral for residential, not included in the list, the loan ratio shall not exceed 60%. Customers with existing mortgage loans who regularly contribute to the second mortgage for more than one year are not restricted by the above list.
(3) The real estate value is determined by the total value of the formal appraisal report or simple appraisal report issued by the appraisal company recognized by the bank.
