(1) The provident fund center of the loan city accepts the consultation of employees' loan business in different places, and informs them of the materials required for loan review at one time.

(2) The employee himself or his/her client applies to the deposit center of urban provident fund, and the deposit center verifies the employee's deposit of loans according to the employee's application, and issues the Certificate of Deposit and Use of Housing Provident Fund for Employees who have not used the housing provident fund or whose first housing provident fund loan has been settled.

(3) After accepting the employee's application for loan from different places, the loan city provident fund center shall verify the authenticity and completeness of the information in the Certificate of Deposit and Use of Housing Provident Fund for Employees with Loan from Different Places to the deposit city provident fund center.

(4) If the individual account of the housing provident fund is transferred during the repayment of the loan from another place, the original deposit city provident fund center shall promptly inform the loan city provident fund center and transfer to the city provident fund center. Transfer to the city provident fund center should be re-identified and recorded in a timely manner after receiving the employee housing provident fund account.

(5) when the loan from different places is overdue, the deposit city provident fund center shall cooperate with the loan city provident fund center to carry out loan collection and other work, and the balance of the loan employee's provident fund account can be deducted to repay the loan according to the loan contract.

1. Division of responsibilities

(1) The deposit city provident fund center (including sub-centers, the same below) is responsible for reviewing the employee's deposit and loans, issuing written certificates to the loan city provident fund center, and cooperating with the loan city provident fund center to verify relevant information.

(2) The loan city provident fund center and the entrusted bank are responsible for the business consultation, acceptance, review, issuance, recovery, change and post-loan management of loans in different places, and bear the loan risks.

(3) The loan city provident fund center and the deposit city provident fund center should regularly check the loan situation in different places and master the withdrawal, repayment, change and overdue situation.
