2. Legal basis: Article 275 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).
Ownership of parking spaces and garages planned for parking cars within a building division shall be agreed upon by the parties through sale, gift or lease.
Parking spaces that occupy roads or other venues owned by the owner for parking cars shall be owned by the owner.

2. What is the transaction process of used car parking spaces?
1. The buyer and the seller bring their ID cards and real estate licenses to the Real Estate Bureau to sign the sales contract;
2. The buyer and the seller bring relevant materials to the local tax window for data review and issue an evaluation letter;
3. The seller and the buyer send an appraisal letter to the appraisal company;
4. The buyer and the seller bring the required information to the local tax window to pay taxes;
5. Invoice is issued at the acceptance window, and tax payment certificate is issued.
