There is a custom in Lintong that it is forbidden to cook dry pots before the twentieth day of the first lunar month, and the ban was lifted on this day. On this day, every household will bake steamed buns. After the steamed stuffed bun is baked, throw a piece on the house first, which is called "mending the sky"; Putting another piece on the ground is called "mending the ground".

2. Lintong Folk Shehuo

Lintong folk social fire has a long history and many kinds. All towns and villages in the north and south of the Weihe River are distributed, such as the social fire on Mataqing Mountain in Liyang, the tiger climbing the pole and carrying the core in Xiangqiaotian, the dragon lantern in Yujin, the big-headed baby in Beitian, the ten-sided gongs and drums with single lion and two lions, the flower boat with horse's forehead, bamboo horses, stilts in wooden villages and sedan chairs.
