1, open an account in the application bank;

2 have the ability to perform the contract under the guarantee;

3. The project conforms to national regulations;

4. Provide qualified deposit or counter-guarantee.

The handling information of the project performance guarantee is as follows:

1. Original business license of enterprise as a legal person, certificate of construction qualification grade, safety construction permit, articles of association, loan certificate and power of attorney of legal representative;

2 copies of ID cards of the legal representative and entrusted agent;

3. The financial statements of the legal entity in the last three months and the audit reports of the last two years issued by legal intermediaries;

4. Company profile; Project manager's construction projects in recent two years; Project, construction period, schedule, quality, cost, corresponding construction unit and supervision unit;

5. Original and photocopy of project manager's certificate and ID card;

6. Project contract or bid-winning notice signed by both parties;

7. Counter-guarantee measures provided by customers.
