It mainly analyzes and evaluates the reasons and investment intentions of the proposed project. By evaluating the benefits that investment in this project can bring to local governments, departments and enterprises, we can judge whether the reasons put forward by the project sponsors are sufficient. ③ Investment environment assessment. The environmental assessment of the proposed project mainly includes preferential policies and measures for industrial construction, resources, market, social cooperation conditions, available infrastructure, construction land conditions, natural conditions, labor sources and other background materials to promote or attract investors to put forward construction intentions.
