The Significance of Honesty Examination
Integrity permeates people's hearts with perseverance, inspiring people to have a spring breeze-like mind! Honesty is so precious that we should start from me and let the seeds of honesty take root, sprout, blossom and bear fruit in our hearts from now on.

Honesty is the spiritual bond and the highest principle of social interpersonal relationship. It is not juxtaposed with the four virtues of benevolence, righteousness, reason and wisdom, but their comprehensive embodiment. Sincerity means sincerity and honesty; Faith is keeping promises, keeping promises. The basic meaning of honesty is keeping promise, keeping promise and not being unfaithful. Generally speaking, it means telling the truth, doing honest things and being honest. Honesty is not only an act, but also a responsibility; It is not only a morality, but also a norm; It is not only a reputation, but also a resource. Personally, honesty is a noble personality force; For enterprises, honesty is a valuable intangible asset; As far as society is concerned, honesty is a normal production and living order; As far as a country is concerned, honesty is a good international image. Honesty is the unity of moral category and institutional category. Honesty is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, a basic moral responsibility of citizens, and the foundation of communication with people. Modern students must be honest and trustworthy in order to be invincible in the fierce social competition in the future.

In fact, "unsupervised" is nothing new. There are many similar "integrity tests", such as "unmanned ticket sales", "drifting books" and "moral loans" without guarantee, repayment period and interest. However, the results of these "honesty tests" are not very good. For example, when the newspaper is finished, only a small part of the money is recovered, and the "floating books" drift less and less, and eventually run aground. And the "moral loan" of "three noes" is also unsustainable. Moving out of these embarrassing examples of "integrity test" is certainly not to assert that Xu Normal University's "unsupervised" will definitely repeat the same mistakes. There is only one question: does the integrity of students have to be tested by "unsupervised"?

Honesty begins with students, just like the rammed foundation of building a building. But the so-called grasping is not deliberately done in a special scene without a big environment. If there is no invigilator on campus in order to cultivate students' integrity, is it "fully conscious" to withdraw money from bank deposits in order to build an honest society? In fact, whether the exam is invigilated or unsupervised is not directly related to cultivating students' sense of integrity. Since we don't think that the phenomenon of dishonesty in society is due to the existence of police and judges, do we think that police and judges should be abolished in order to cultivate the integrity consciousness of the whole society? In a sense, strengthening management is also a kind of moral education, but the difference is that it has a binding force that "words and deeds" do not have. From this perspective, it is not difficult to draw the conclusion that the exam should be "unsupervised" or "invigilated".

Don't always move out of the "integrity test" hanging in mid-air. Once you try to find that the "gold content" is insufficient, you will immediately slide from one extreme of "Utopian moralism" to the other extreme of "people are old and the world is declining". We can neither "Left" nor "Right". Don't do self-deception, but do something to consolidate the foundation and cultivate the yuan and honor the ancestors. This is a realistic attitude and the hope of the world. What needs to be pointed out in particular is that honesty starts with students, and this "grasping" means starting from schools and teachers. Today, there are some teachers in some schools, and cheating seems to be the norm. In this environment, students are exposed to deception and fraud. Over time, where will they influence imperceptibly? Without the latter's "catch-up", even if the school is "unmanned", it is difficult to cultivate students' integrity.
