To apply for off-site loans, the following conditions must be met:

(1) Employees who have paid housing provident fund in different places apply to Quanzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Center for housing provident fund personal housing loans. It must comply with the relevant provisions of the Regulations of Quanzhou Municipality on the Management of Housing Provident Fund and the Implementation Opinions of Quanzhou Municipality on the Management of Housing Provident Fund Loans, and meet the following conditions: 1. The employee's household registration is in the administrative area of Quanzhou, and he has purchased self-occupied housing in Quanzhou. 2. The housing accumulation fund has been paid normally for more than 6 months (inclusive) continuously, and the account status is normal. 3. If the buyer's husband and wife deposit in different places or one party deposits in different places and the other party deposits in Quanzhou, they can be regarded as "dual employees" and enjoy the maximum loan amount for dual employees. 4. If both husband and wife who purchase houses have not used the individual housing loan of housing provident fund at the place where the housing provident fund is paid and the place where the house is purchased, or the first individual housing loan of housing provident fund has been settled, and they apply for the individual housing loan of housing provident fund again to improve their living conditions, they can apply for loans from different places. 5. No off-site loans may be issued to the families of employees who apply for the third housing provident fund loan. 6. If the housing provident fund loan has not been paid off in the housing provident fund management center of the deposit place and the house purchase place, you cannot apply for a loan in different places. 7. The application materials for off-site loans are the same as those for Quanzhou housing provident fund loans, except that a deposit certificate of housing provident fund for employees with off-site loans is added, and other application materials, loan amount, down payment ratio, interest rate standard, income recognition and credit definition are added.

(2) Employees who have paid housing provident fund in Quanzhou purchase houses outside Quanzhou and apply for housing provident fund personal housing loans, and the relevant provisions of the loan city housing provident fund management center shall be implemented.
