Article 674

The borrower shall pay interest at the agreed time limit. If the time limit for paying interest is not stipulated or clearly stipulated, and cannot be determined according to the provisions of Article 510 of this Law, if the loan period is less than one year, it shall be paid together with the loan; If the loan term is more than one year, it shall be paid at the end of each year; if the remaining term is less than one year, it shall be paid together with the loan.

2. What are the procedures for handling car loans?

1. To apply for a car loan, you should prepare proof materials such as ID card, residence certificate, work certificate and loan purpose certificate, and fill in the application form in the bank;

2. The bank shall review the submitted matters;

3. If the loan conditions stipulated by the bank are met, the bank will inform the lender to fill in some loan forms, sign guarantee contracts and mortgage contracts, and go through the mortgage registration procedures. After signing the contract, the bank will issue the loan to the lender.
