In terms of enterprises, the notice pointed out that related enterprises that have difficulties in production and operation due to the epidemic can apply for delaying the payment of housing provident fund according to law, or reduce the proportion of housing provident fund payment within the prescribed standards, and resume normal payment after the economic benefits improve.

In addition, the notice also pointed out that those who were hospitalized or isolated due to new pneumonia, those who needed isolated observation due to epidemic prevention and control, those who participated in epidemic prevention and control, those who failed to repay in time due to the impact of the epidemic, and those who temporarily lost their income sources and failed to repay in time due to the impact of the epidemic, who returned later and repaid normally, will be given overdue credit records of credit investigation during the epidemic prevention and control period and refunded overdue penalty interest.
