According to the Regulations on the Management of Housing Provident Fund, the General Rules for Loans of the People's Bank of China, the Measures for the Management of Individual Housing Loans and other relevant laws, regulations and rules, and with the consent of the Municipal People's Government, the Measures for Housing Mortgage Loan of Foshan Housing Provident Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "Loan Measures") was formulated and implemented on February 28, 2006. According to the relevant national policies, combined with the actual situation of our city, the "Loan Measures" (Fofang Jinguan [2020] No.50) was adjusted by the resolution of the 22nd meeting of the Municipal Housing Provident Fund Management Committee. The content is as follows:
1. Article 3 is revised as: "Loans shall be granted to employees who purchase, build, renovate or overhaul ordinary self-occupied houses (planned use is" residential "), and loans shall not be granted to those whose planned use is non-residential (such as high-grade apartments, villas, resorts, commercial or commodity houses, etc.). ). The standard of ordinary housing shall be implemented with reference to the provisions in the Notice of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on Determining the Standard of Ordinary Housing in our province (Guangdong Housing [2005] No.58) that the construction area of single housing is below 1.20 square meters or the construction area of single housing is below 1.44 square meters. "
2. Item (1) of Article 14 is adjusted to: "Determine the maximum loan amount according to the available amount of housing provident fund in our city. If the accumulated housing provident fund is paid in full and on time 1 year or more but less than 2 years (inclusive), the maximum personal loan shall not exceed 200,000 yuan; If the housing provident fund is paid in full and on time for more than 2 years (inclusive) and less than 3 years (exclusive), the maximum personal loan shall not exceed 250,000 yuan; If the housing provident fund is paid in full and on time for more than 3 years (inclusive), the maximum personal loan amount shall not exceed 300,000 yuan. If the loan is still insufficient and the individual has the ability to repay, he can apply for a portfolio loan (housing provident fund loan+commercial loan) at the same time. "

The criteria for determining the number of housing units are based on housing transaction records, housing ownership registration and housing provident fund loan records. "
The adjusted loan method is now announced, and the implementation time is from May 202 1 day to May 1 day. From now on, the loan application accepted by the entrusted bank will be implemented according to the new method and will be valid for 5 years.
