Among them, consumers are most concerned about the identification standard of the first suite. The first housing identification standard in Chongqing is "recognizing housing and recognizing loans", that is, employees' families have no housing and no record of buying houses with loans (including provident fund loans and commercial loans). Workers' families with one or more loan records or one or more houses are not included in the first housing.
