Answer: All fresh graduates who meet all the following conditions (except orientation students and entrusted students) can apply to the school for compensatory funding from the national student loan:

(a) support the leadership of China * * * production party, love the motherland, and abide by the Constitution and laws;

(2) Abide by the rules and regulations of the school, be honest and trustworthy, have good moral quality and excellent academic performance;

(3) Volunteering to work in grass-roots units in western regions and hard and remote areas after graduation (see below for details), with a service period of more than 3 years (including 3 years);

(four) during the school period to obtain national student loans;

(five) must implement the specific work units, and signed a three-year employment agreement with the grass-roots work units.

The western region refers to Tibet, Inner Mongolia, Guangxi, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Xinjiang, Hunan Xiangxi, Hubei Enshi, Jilin Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture and other 12 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and 6 ethnic autonomous counties (Lingshui County, Baoting County and Qiongqiong) in the cities and counties under the jurisdiction of the former Li and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Hainan Province.

Hard and remote areas refer to the areas below the county-level people's government in hard and remote areas stipulated by the State Council (excluding the county-level people's government).
