The maximum amount of Jinan provident fund loan is as follows:

Jinan dual-income families can borrow up to 600,000 yuan, including 500,000 yuan in Pingyin, 500,000 yuan in Jiyang and 500,000 yuan in Shanghe. Single-employee families can borrow up to 300,000 yuan, including 250,000 yuan in Pingyin, 250,000 yuan in Jiyang and 250,000 yuan in Shanghe. The minimum down payment ratio of the first suite is 30% of the house price, and that of the second suite is 60% of the house price.

In addition, the calculation formula of the actual loanable amount of individual provident fund loans is as follows: housing provident fund loan amount = (borrower's housing provident fund account balance+* * and borrower's housing provident fund account balance) × 15, or housing provident fund loan amount = borrower's loanable amount+* * and borrower's loanable amount.

Term of provident fund loan:

If the loan term is within 1 year (including 1 year), the principal and interest shall be repaid in one lump sum; If the loan term exceeds 1 year, two repayment methods are adopted: equal principal and interest or equal principal repayment.
