Officers, civilian cadres and non-commissioned officers who participate in the collection of military housing provident fund, as well as retired cadres and non-commissioned officers under military management, can apply for military housing provident fund loans when purchasing housing. When applying for a loan, you need to meet the following conditions:
(1) The family has the ability to repay the loan principal and interest;
