Other rights of housing
Other rights of housing refer to the right of mortgage, lease, mortgage and continuation arising from the ownership of housing.
(1) pawning right: refers to the right of the owner of the house to pawn the house to others to obtain benefits. Housing pawn refers to the act that the mortgagee obtains the right to use the house from the owner of the house at the price. The pawnbroker and the pawnbroker (the owner of the house) shall conclude a contract and stipulate the redemption period (i.e. the period), which is generally 3 years to 10 years. At maturity, the pawnbroker will pay the price and redeem the house. There is no interest on the marked price, and there is no room money for the house.
(2) Pledge: it is a way to put the rights of the subject matter under the control of others without transferring the ownership of the house. The pledgee still enjoys the right to use and benefit the subject matter, but has no right to dispose of it. The pledgee shall not dispose of the pledgee at will. When the contract expires and the pledgee fails to reach a contract agreement, the pledgee may auction the pledgee and get compensation first.
Lease right: refers to the right of the owner to rent his house to others. Housing lease refers to the behavior that the owner of the house, as the lessor, rents his house to the lessee for use, and the lessee pays the house price. It is illegal for the lessee to dispose of the rented house without the consent of the lessor after obtaining the right to use the house, unless otherwise agreed in the lease contract.
