2. Planting method:
Select seeds to accelerate germination. Choose gumbo seeds with full grains to ensure that they are not attacked by pests. Soak in warm water, take out after 12 hours, and put in an environment with a temperature of 25-30℃. Usually, they germinate after 24 hours, but they can't be planted until more than 60% of the seeds are broken.
Prepare a basin of soil. Okra has a strong adaptability to soil, but for healthy growth, it is usually planted in loose and fertile soil. Pot soil can be mixed with garden soil, organic fertilizer and fine sand in a ratio of 6:3: 1. It should be noted that the organic fertilizer must be decomposed, otherwise it will burn the plants.
Used for planting. Sprinkle the seeds of okra on the soil surface, and then cover it with a layer of soil about 2 cm thick. After sowing, the temperature should be controlled, and the temperature should be kept at about 25℃, which will germinate in 4-5 days. When the seedlings grow to 30-40 days, they need to be planted.
