1. After filing a lawsuit, the plaintiff should actively respond to the lawsuit and strive for a favorable judgment;

3. After the court decision takes effect, the plaintiff may apply to the court for compulsory execution, and the court will seal up and freeze the property of the person subjected to execution according to law;
4. If the person subjected to execution has the ability to perform and refuses to perform, the court may include the person subjected to execution in the list of untrustworthy persons, which will affect the daily life of the person subjected to execution.
5. If the debtor fails to perform the obligations specified in the legal documents, the creditor may apply to the court to enforce the debtor's executable property. In addition to punishing the person subjected to execution, the people's court may, according to the circumstances, include him in the list of the person subjected to dishonesty, and inform his unit, credit reporting agency and other relevant institutions of the information that the person subjected to execution fails to perform or does not fully perform his obligations.
6. If the debtor refuses to carry out acts such as hiding or transferring property, the court may take judicial custody measures. If the refusal is serious, it may be suspected of refusing to perform the judgment or ruling and bear criminal responsibility. The person subjected to execution who refuses to perform the effective judgment document may be sentenced to punishment.
7. If the debtor has no property to execute, the court will decide to suspend execution. After the suspension of execution disappears, the creditor may apply for resumption of execution.
