During the internship, I constantly supplemented the relevant knowledge of real estate and learned to attract investment. During this period, I conducted a market survey on the surrounding new real estate projects and made relevant investigation reports. When doing market research, we must know what information we want, try to understand the advantages and related information of competitors' projects, and seriously think about the investment ideas of our projects, so as to better allocate the commercial positions of our projects, benefit buyers and maximize our profits. At the same time, we make a relatively perfect investment plan, and then go to various places to attract investment, attract merchants to settle in and withdraw funds as soon as possible. I believe our team has enough strength to turn Qianxi Old Street into the first street of new life.

Second, the personal investment in Qianxi Old Street

In my work plan, I mainly focus on attracting investment, catering, entertainment and living facilities. Individuals have completed a catering business with an area of 295m2; A photo studio with an area of 284m2; Education and training families, with an area of 609 ㎡; There are 8 living facilities with an area of 600㎡. More than 400 merchants have been negotiated.

Three. Problems existing in work and improvement methods

① Problem: Although the company has made some progress, there are still some shortcomings, mainly as follows: through this period of work, I found that my professional skills and knowledge are still lacking, mainly as follows: I don't know much about big brands; Poor negotiation with merchants; Can't grasp the psychology of merchants; The understanding of the conditions required for various types of brand businesses to settle in is not deep enough. In the process of negotiating with customers, I can obviously feel that my investment promotion work is not very effective, such as how to assess the situation when negotiating with senior customers, how to deal with and promote difficult customers and so on.

(2) Improvement methods: In the follow-up work, I will step up my study of various professional skills and knowledge, constantly enrich myself, and enhance my practical work ability, and strengthen communication with company leaders and colleagues, which can not only improve work efficiency, but also learn more knowledge and methods to promote my ability to improve rapidly.

Although the Ministry of Commerce has made some achievements in its work in * * years, some work has not been fully done. In the coming * * year, our work task is also very heavy and the pressure is quite great.
