Where losses are caused to the other party due to the termination of the contract, the party who terminates the contract without compensation shall compensate for the direct losses caused by improper termination time, and the party who terminates the contract with compensation shall compensate the other party for the direct losses and the benefits that can be obtained after the performance of the contract.

The housing loan entrustment agreement is valid, but it needs to be notarized by the client to have legal effect. According to the relevant regulations, in the entrusted loan agreement, both the principal and the agent have corresponding civil capacity, and the entrustment intention is true, and the entrusted loan agreement contains matters such as agency matters, authority, time limit, etc., and the entrusted loan agreement is valid.
