The starting point of the project is located in Zhuangdong, Huang Er, Zhangcaizhuang Township, Shuocheng District, Shuozhou City, and it is connected with the planned Zhangcaizhuang Hub in the southwest ring of Shuozhou City. The line turns to the southwest, and after passing between Zhangjiabao and Baijiayao, the kiln head is set on the west side of Upper wrangell Village to communicate with S206, and it passes through Shenshuo Railway in the northeast of Jiugeta Village in the form of push frame and box, and is arranged in parallel along the west side of Shenshuo Railway. Kelan Shenchi to expressway, Shaanxi Province is an important part of "three verticals, eleven horizontals and eleven rings" in the planning of expressway network in Shaanxi Province. The project starts from Donghu Township, Shenchi County, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, connects Shuozhou to Shenchi Section in expressway in the west, and the third Hengshenchi in Hequ expressway to Donghu Hub. The route passes through Shenchi County, Wuzhai County and Kelan County, and finally reaches Gaojiahui Township, kelan county, and connects with Baode No.4 Hengxinzhou to expressway. The design speed of the whole line is 100km/h, which meets the technical standard of two-way four-lane expressway, and the subgrade width is 26 meters.
Shenchi to Kelan expressway runs through the western hinterland of Xinzhou, connecting the third and fourth horizontal expressway of expressway network. It is an economic zone from the west of Shanxi to the "Golden Triangle" in Inner Mongolia (Hohhot, Baotou and Ordos), an economic cooperation zone from Shaanxi and Henan "Yellow River Golden Triangle" (Yuncheng, Shanxi, Sanmenxia, Henan and Weinan, Shaanxi) in the south, and Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia in the east. The starting point of the project is located in Maidi Mountain City, 20 kilometers north of Xixian County. He Chuan connects Lishi to the end of expressway in Xixian County. The route passes through Xixian County, Daning County and Jixian County, and ends in Yao Ke, 9 kilometers east of Jixian County, connecting Jixian County with the starting point of Hejin Expressway. Total length of the route 105.639 km. According to the highway function and traffic volume forecast results, the technical standard of two-way four-lane expressway is adopted for the whole line, the design speed is 80km/h, and the subgrade width is 24.5m m. The design vehicle load grade of bridges and culverts is highway-I, and the width is the same as that of subgrade. Xi-Xian-Bei Interchange Line adopts the first-class highway technical standard with a design speed of 80km/h and a subgrade width of 24.5m; Daning Interchange Line adopts the first-class highway technical standard with a design speed of 60km/h and a subgrade width of 23 m.. The estimated investment is110.53 million yuan. The construction period is three years.
On May 23rd, it was learned from the management department of expressway that the construction of the new project from Jixian to Hejin expressway in expressway this year has been fully launched. Previously, the expressway Construction Management Office of Jihe (Jixian-Hejin) was inaugurated in Xiangning County, Linfen City, and the construction units undertaking the construction tasks of bridges, tunnels and mined-out areas have entered the site. It is expected that the whole line will be open to traffic in three years.
