1. Beijing residents' families: married families are limited to two houses, and singles (including unmarried, divorced and widowed) are limited to one house. Non-Beijing families who have paid social insurance or personal income tax in Beijing for five consecutive years (inclusive) are restricted from buying a house.
2. non-Beijing families: non-Beijing families who have paid social insurance or personal income tax in Beijing for five consecutive years or more are restricted to purchase one house.
3. Borrowing applicants whose divorce date is after March 24, 217 (inclusive): If they apply for individual housing loans from housing provident fund within one year of divorce, they will be subject to two sets of housing loan policies.
4. If there is no record of housing loan (including commercial loan and provident fund loan) in the name of the house-purchasing family and there is no housing in this city, it shall be handled according to the first home loan policy. Anyone who does not belong to the first suite and is approved as a second suite shall be handled according to the second suite loan policy.
5. If it is approved that there are two or more houses, the loan will not be granted.
