Legal Analysis: Banks that have been in loans overdue for more than 90 days will be prosecuted. If the bank brings a lawsuit to the court, the borrower shall actively perform the repayment obligation after the people's court makes a judgment. If it refuses to perform, the bank may apply to the court for enforcement, and the court will seal up and detain the borrower's property during this period.
