College graduates who are enlisted for compulsory military service shall apply for tuition compensation and national student loan principal and interest compensation in accordance with the following procedures:
(1) Before June 15 every year, college graduates who are identified as pre-requisitioned objects shall fill in the Registration Form for Pre-requisitioned Objects of Fresh Graduates as required, and submit the Application Form for Tuition Compensation and National Student Loan for College Graduates Enlisted in the Army to their affiliated institutions. College graduates who have obtained national student loans during their school days are also required to provide a copy of the repayment plan after graduation signed with the national student loan handling bank, which should indicate that they have applied for national student loan compensation.
(II) Before June 30th of each year, colleges and universities will conduct a preliminary examination on the qualifications, specific amount and relevant information of the graduates who have been identified as pre-requisition objects to compensate tuition fees and the principal and interest of national student loans. After confirmation, the official seal shall be affixed to the Application Form for Compensating Tuition Fees for College Graduates Enlisted in the Army, and it shall be submitted to the students themselves together with the Registration Form for Pre-registered Objects of Fresh Graduates.
(3) Before June 65438+1October 3 1 every year, college graduates should submit the Registration Form for Pre-recruiting New Graduates and the Application Form for Compensating Tuition Fees and National Student Loan for Recruited College Graduates to the Recruitment Office of the People's Government of the county (city, district) when applying for a job at the place where they registered before entering school.
(4) Before June 65438+February 3 1 every year, after the conscription office of the county (city, district) people's government approves the college graduates to join the army, it will issue the Notice of Conscription to them, and will review the application for college graduates' compensation tuition fees and the principal and interest of the national student loan in conjunction with the education administrative department at the same level. After confirmation, the official seals shall be affixed to the Application Form for Supplementary Tuition Fees and the Application Form for Supplementary National Student Loan respectively.
(5) Before May 5, June 5438+ 10 of the following year, the education administrative department of the county (city, district) will send a copy of the Notice of Conscription and the original of the Application Form for Tuition Reimbursement and National Student Loan for Compulsory College Graduates to the management institution of student financial assistance for compulsory college graduates.
(six) the local colleges and universities of the central government shall, within 10 working days after receiving the above materials, report to the student financial assistance management centers of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the national student financial assistance management center for examination and approval. The graduate materials collected by local colleges and universities shall be verified by the student financial assistance management centers of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and reported to the National Student Financial Assistance Management Center for the record.
(7) The National Student Financial Assistance Management Center shall, within 10 working days after receiving the materials submitted by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the central government's college student financial assistance management center, complete the filing and audit work, and determine the final list and specific amount of tuition fees for college graduates enlisted in the army that year and the principal and interest of the national student loan policy.
