The suicide note I have sent has done my best to spread rumors and slander, and its false words have caused adverse social impact on me; Qiao Demin also incited some people to petition the government's petition department, which affected the normal social order.

In order to clarify the facts and set the record straight, we hereby state the following:

1. Qiao Demin, as the legal representative and chairman of Bozhou Fengyuan Fertilizer Co., Ltd., is the direct manager of the company's loan to me, and the creditor-debtor relationship between us is a legal civil loan relationship. The debt between us was formed through the formal loan collection procedures handled by Bozhou Jinyuan Xinrong Financial Information Service Co., Ltd., and there were four loans/kloc-0, with a cumulative amount of more than 7 million yuan. The original loan of 7 million yuan was notarized by the Notary Office of Jin Duo, Bozhou City (loan time 15 days, interest rate of 2.8% per month), and all shareholders of the company signed it when handling the loan procedures. The interest of 7.5 cents mentioned in the so-called "suicide note" does not exist at all. If you want to convince public opinion, you must produce sufficient evidence. Because the loan could not be repaid at maturity, the talent applied to Bozhou Intermediate People's Court to seal up the mortgaged land use right and the above-ground buildings.

Second, the fundamental purpose of Qiao Demin's so-called "suicide note" is to divert attention, confuse people, and shift the contradictory focus of his inability to repay to me, thus avoiding the legal responsibility of executing the court's effective ruling and refusing to perform the repayment obligation. The so-called 20 million has been returned to me. Since it is said that 20 million yuan has been paid back, please take out the evidence and make it clear whether it is cash delivery or bank transfer. I reserve the right to investigate the relevant legal responsibilities for the false words in the so-called "suicide note". Here, I solemnly advise: pull back from the brink as soon as possible, stop infringing on my reputation, and apologize to me in writing to save and eliminate the influence.

I have been giving support and help to Qiao Demin in running Bozhou Fengyuan Fertilizer Co., Ltd.. In addition to providing loan funds, I also helped the company in preparation, capital verification, industrial and commercial tax registration, land, planning and construction. So far, I still have the materials for handling the relevant procedures. However, instead of thanking me for my strong support, it attracted bad words and slanders, which was really sinister. I am deeply sorry about this!

4. Regarding the private lending relationship between myself and Qiao Demin (Bozhou Fengyuan Fertilizer Co., Ltd.), the facts are clear and the evidence is conclusive, and no one can erase it in black and white. Sincerely welcome the relevant departments to intervene in the investigation and let the truth come to light as soon as possible; I sincerely hope that my legal creditor's rights will be protected and my reputation right will no longer be harmed.
