Is there a saying that the monthly loan for housing business does not exceed 50% of the monthly income?
If you apply for personal housing loan in our bank, the monthly income requirements are as follows: the ratio of monthly loan expenditure to monthly income is controlled below 50% (inclusive), and the ratio of monthly debt expenditure to monthly income is controlled below 55% (inclusive). That is, the monthly loan expenditure should not exceed half of the monthly income, and the monthly debt expenditure should not exceed 55% of the monthly income. Please refer to the regulations of the local branch for details.
