Only when you get up at least half an hour every morning and set your homework half an hour before breakfast, this time is the most useful, not easy to be disturbed and can last for a long time. Another type-you are indifferent to your own affairs and interests, but you like to help others, like to think for others, have strong sympathy, be generous, ignore your own interests, and sometimes you are at a loss and don't even think about it. A generous good friend, although sometimes promises others can't do it, is scolded instead. This is another typical personality. Look at yourself carefully, you are almost that kind of typical. Guys, these two models are not bad. As long as you know what kind of typical you are, you can succeed by fostering strengths and avoiding weaknesses. When I say success, I mean stepping on the road of Bodhi practice. If you observe yourself, you are almost the first typical person. I suggest you start by studying primitive Buddhism. Living in the four thoughts is a good medicine to cure the symptoms. If you have no problem in studying China's classical Chinese, the philosophies and teaching methods such as the Four Noble Truths and the Eight Righteousness are all good, so you should study them carefully. Deep roots can still bear fruit. "The Diamond Sutra" says: "The name of the sutra is inflow, but it does not enter, and it is a famous sutra without touching color, sound, fragrance or touch. Xutuo is the first achievement in studying primitive Buddhism. Do not touch color, sound and fragrance, and are not affected by the external environment. The first typical person is easier to practice, not affected by the external environment, and the external environment contacted by the second typical person is simpler, so it is easier to practice to the realm of initial fruit. Fourth, try to integrate your life with your practice. It doesn't seem easy at first, but it's not difficult. After forming a habit, it is very effective. Because we are talking about family practice, giving is the most likely thing to be integrated into daily life. The key is to always keep in mind the concept of giving and seize the opportunity.
