Fourth, from the perspective of housing layout, the layout design of most newly built multi-story residential buildings has made great progress. In addition, due to structural reasons, multi-storey houses tend to have north-south ventilation, less indoor effective area, reasonable indoor movement lines, and easy-to-knock partition walls, which is conducive to decoration. High-rise residences often adopt frame shear wall structures, and the indoor layout is often cramped and difficult to decorate.
