If the building area of the expropriated house is 60-75 square meters, 75 (85) square meters of resettlement houses can be provided, and the difference of the increased area will be settled according to the construction cost price. The expropriated person continues to demand to increase the resettlement area, which can eventually be increased to 90 (100) square meters, and the difference will be settled according to the price of affordable housing in the same lot.

Resettlement housing area is less than the area of the house to be expropriated, and the difference is settled according to the market evaluation price of the same lot. For resettlement in different places, on the basis of the original housing construction area, the resettlement construction area will increase by 10% for each reduction of the first-grade land. The construction cost of resettlement housing and the price of affordable housing should be adjusted according to the actual price announced by the construction cost department and the price department at the same time.

The operating room is otherwise compensated.

If the property certificate of the expropriated person indicates that the use nature is residential, the house is actually used for continuous operation, and there are business licenses and tax payment certificates, and the actual operation has three basic conditions of 12 months or more, the compensation will be increased according to the actual operating area and operating life, and according to the residential housing evaluation standards.

Three cases are not compensated.
