In short, it is not to describe the product, but to let the customer use it or connect with the product, and bring out the customer's positive and beautiful imagination.

For operational products (customer investment or renting office buildings, etc.), what we sell is not products, but plans and solutions. We used residential buildings as an example earlier, let’s talk about office buildings this time. When a customer rents your property, the general sales/investment recruitment team will tell you how many elevators there are, how high the floor is, how the usage rate is, and how competitive our rent is. We only talk about sales here. In fact, the early positioning, strategy, market, image, promotion, etc. are more important.
