1. Repairing cars: During the "Three Guarantees" period, all failures caused by quality problems of automobile products will be repaired free of charge after technical appraisal by the "Technical Service Center" or "Special Maintenance Station".
2. Car replacement: A car with the same fault repaired more than 5 times can be replaced. Within the validity period of the three guarantees (the validity period of the three guarantees is 2 years or 50,000 kilometers, whichever comes first), if the repair time of the car exceeds 35 days, or if the repair times exceed 5 times due to the quality problem of the same product, consumers can replace the car. Within 60 days or 3000 kilometers (whichever comes first) from the date when the seller issues the car purchase invoice.
3. Return the car: If the engine is still abnormal after being replaced twice, you can return the car. Within the validity period of the Three Guarantees, the vehicle has been repaired twice due to serious safety performance failure, and the serious safety performance failure has not been eliminated or a new serious safety performance failure has occurred. Or after the engine and transmission are replaced twice. Or the same main parts such as steering system, braking system, suspension system, front/rear axle, car body, etc. can not be used normally after being replaced twice due to their quality problems. If the consumer chooses to return the goods, the seller shall be responsible for returning the goods. If the household car products meet the replacement conditions, and the seller has no products of the same brand and model, and all products with lower configuration than the original car are replaced by consumers, consumers can choose to return them, and the seller shall be responsible for returning them.
4. The owner has the right to drive a spare car after repairing the car for more than 5 days. During the warranty period, if there are product quality problems in the household car products, the consumer will be repaired free of charge by the repairer with the three-guarantee certificate, including working hours and materials.

Article 2 The AQSIQ shall be responsible for organizing the formulation of information and expert management standards for automobile three guarantees, and implementing supervision and management; The provincial quality supervision department is responsible for the information and expert management of the dispute handling of automobile three guarantees within its administrative area; Local quality supervision departments at all levels should summarize and analyze the dispute handling information, and submit the dispute handling information and the use of experts to the higher quality supervision departments.
Article 3 The Defective Product Management Center of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (hereinafter referred to as the "Management Center") shall organize the construction of an information system for three guarantees of automobile products and an expert management system for three guarantees of automobiles, and undertake the filing and information analysis of relevant information; Assist the provincial quality supervision department to establish an expert database and undertake the daily work of national expert database management, technical exchange and teacher training.
