3. Have a fixed residence and stable income, have no bad credit record in the Bank of China and other financial peers, and have the ability to repay the loan principal and interest on schedule;

4. The borrower shall open a settlement account in China Bank;

5. The sum of the borrower's age and the loan term shall not exceed 65 years old.
