What does a credit report include?

The credit report includes the following contents:

1. Basic personal information. Such as name, gender, ID number, home address, date of birth, workplace, contact number, etc.;

2. Credit transaction information. Mainly includes credit card information, such as card application time, bank, repayment status, etc., loan information (such as mortgage purchase time, car purchase time, loan balance, repayment status, etc.), information on guarantee for others, etc.;

< p>3. Other information (such as personal provident fund, pension information, etc.). As credit conditions mature, personal credit reports will gradually include personal tax arrears information, court judgment information, telecommunications payment information, etc.

The contents of the personal credit report are as follows:

1. Report title. Personal credit report;

2. Report header. It is the identification information of the credit report, including the report number, report generation time, as well as the name of the information subject, document type, document number and marital status;

3. Credit record. Reflects the summary and detailed information of the loan or credit card accounts handled by the information subject at various commercial banks or other credit institutions, including basic account information, current repayment information and overdue information. Displayed in three categories: credit cards, housing loans and other loans;

4. Public records. Reflects the non-credit credit information of the information subject, including tax arrears records, court litigation records, enforcement records, administrative penalty records, telecommunications arrears records and other information within the past five years;

5. Inquiry records. Reflects the history of inquiries about the credit report in the last 2 years, showing which institution or person inquired about the person's credit report when and for what reason, to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information subject's information;

6. Report description. It includes information such as the principles for generating credit reports, the disclaimer of the credit reporting center, how to apply for objections, and the consultation telephone number.
