5. If one party has borrowed money to buy a house before marriage and applied for a loan to buy a house in the name of the other party after marriage, but their accounts are not together;
6. If two people borrow money to buy a house after marriage, one party applies for a loan to buy a house after divorce;
7. There is no room under the name of the individual, and the loan is used to buy a house within one year of divorce.

Do not meet the conditions for the sale of commercial housing, real estate development enterprises shall not sell commercial housing, nor shall they charge the buyer any advance payment.

If the valuation is based on the construction area, the parties shall stipulate in the contract the interior construction area and the allocation of the interior construction area, and stipulate the treatment method when the interior construction area is unchanged and there are errors between the interior construction area and the interior construction area.
